Acceptance of your order

Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund instead.

If an item is out of stock, we will let you know. Unless you then request your payment be returned, we will hold your payment until the product is next in stock. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Your Delivery Status

You will receive a series of emails from us each time the status of your order changes.

Understanding Your Order Status

PayPal Card Transaction Confirmation – Confirmation of payment to retain for your record.
Customer Order Receipt – Your order has been received and is now being processed.
Partially Shipped – Only some items from the order have been shipped, due to some products being pre-order or other reasons.
Shipped – Your order has been shipped.
Cancelled – We have cancelled an order, due to a stock inconsistency, undeliverable destination or other reasons. You will receive an email from us detailing the reason for the cancellation.
Refunded – We have processed a refund.
Disputed – You have initiated a dispute resolution process for the PayPal transaction that paid for the order.
Verification Required – Your order is on hold while some aspect (e.g. billing or shipping address inconsistency) needs to be manually confirmed.

We dispatch orders on business days only, and so there may be delays around busy periods and holidays.
