We hope that you will love our hair and skincare products, however we do understand that on occasion you may need to make a return. As part of our commitment to quality customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum.
Primal Beauty are happy to exchange or issue a full refund for a product up to 14 days after placing your order, on the condition that it is returned to us unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products that have been removed from their packaging and/or used.
Primal Beauty cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to us.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by either e-mailing us on email@example.com or by calling us on +44 (0) 2083332733 within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or a replacement.
In the event of you returning goods we ask that you send the items back to us via Royal Mail (recorded) delivery.
