We believe that you will love our Hair and Skin Care  products, however we do understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. As part of our commitment to customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum.

Primal Beauty are happy to exchange or issue a full refund for a product up to 14 days after placing your order, on the condition that it is returned to us unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Skin Care  that has been removed from its packaging and/or used.

Primal Beauty reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

Primal Beauty cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by telephone on or email within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. In the event of you returning goods we ask that you send the items back to us via Royal Mail (recorded) delivery.
