Primal Beauty Natural specialise in Natural Hair and Skin Care products. We endeavour to produce/providing 100% natural hair and skin care ethically made no animal testing Vegan, Gluten free, sold at a reasonable price and good service.

In order to offer you secure online shopping circumstance; we try to make our exchange and return quite easy and stress free.

Exchange/Return

1. Customers who want to make exchange or return, please email us at info@primalbeautynatural.co.uk or primalbeautyuk@gmail.com within 48 hours to make application since you receive/sign for your goods. Overdue items will not available. We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without contacting us for permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising from this.
2. We will not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason for exchange or return.
3. Keep all products in new condition and in original package.
4. Customers can make exchange application only one time for one order. Please make sure all the information of exchange unit is correct!
5. For exchange: we will exchange a product for you as long as the product reaches to Primal beauty unopened and unused.
6. For return: we will give you a refund as long as we get your product in it’s original packaging, not used tampered with or open.

You need to pay

1. Return shipping fee £3~5 (postage/package must be paid).
2. Return postage/packaging fee £3-5 (local center to uk) (pay international shipping to Primal beauty Natural .co.uk.
3. Pay price difference if exchange caused processing time (shipping time & exchange/return time) Total 5~8 business days.

7 Days refund policy

7 Days return for refund policy Primal Beauty wants you to love your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 7 days of receipt. For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund if product is unopened/un-tampered with in their original packaging is not damaged/unused. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 7 days of receipt.

How to return

1. Complete the return form provided with your order, or download another copy – from our web-site.
2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).

4. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like federal express DHL or UPS who offer delivery confirmation. We will email you within 5 working days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 10 days from purchase.

Discount Codes and Offers

How To Redeem Discount Codes (including ‘15% Off Your First Order’).

1. You must sign up to the newsletter or create an account via the website.
2. Only one Discount Code can be used per person.
3. You cannot use a Discount Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can
   combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers – i.e. the 15% Off First Order Code cannot be used in conjunction with other Primal Beauty Offer.
4. Generally, Discount Codes can only be used for one order (unless otherwise specified).
5. The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher or Promotion, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you
   via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Codes after this date.
6. Discount Codes have no cash redemption value.
7. Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Codes and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
8. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Codes scheme at any time.
9. ‘15% Off Your First Order’ is only applicable when spending over £20.
